Seminole...Thanks for taking me on my first elk hunt That was a terrific write up and I felt like I was there all along the way. It was so good that my legs are sore. Sounds like a great time and gaining the knowledge/experience you did is priceless. |

For clarification to all, I have posted this story before. I just thought it would be a nice way to melt away those winter days to a more pleasant time of year. Many of you know that Paul is a fantastic hunter through his DVD's. To see it in person was nothing less than a revelation. I learned so much each day that I am still decompressing. _________________ Looks like meat is back on the menu Boys! |

Yeah no kidding. That's really awsome. Did you trade him somthing? If so I'm S.O.L I have nothing to trade, other than hog hunting. Or...... Elknut have you ever flown in a helicopter????? _________________ "We Sleep Safe in Our Beds Because Rough Men Stand Ready in the Night To Visit Violence on Those That Would Do Us Harm." -George Orwell. |

Well, I was born under a very lucky star!!!!!!! It has been great friendship and I hope it only grows with time. Paul Jr. and Sr. are the two best elk hunters I have ever met. Truly, they are in a league all thier own. _________________ Looks like meat is back on the menu Boys! |

| Seminole, you truly have a gift for writing. I, like many others reading your accounts, got a perfect image in my mind as to what you were doing and feeling as you and the ElkNut crew went through each day's hunt. I've been busy and hadn't gotten back to the Sage Creek site in a while but I'm glad I did today. Your recount of your hunt has really added energy to my anticipation of my elk and bear hunt starting in the next week or so. Thanks so much for taking the time and being so eloquent in your writing style. |
