Today I'm smoking my first fatty. Last night I find out my wife used half my ground meat. This morning I run to the store and grab more. When I go to weave my bacon. Half my bacon is gone. lol To top it off I was two strips short. Being so mad about it, I forgot the onions. I built a UDS and it works great. I cant believe how well I can control the heat.

Well its turned out great. Cooked fasted then i thought. 3.5 hours. Smells so good.
