The Equipment review forum hadn't been used for awhile so I thought this might be a good place to start this.

I am in the market for a new GPS unit and wondered what everyone's thinking was on which one to get.

Mine is so old, it still works but doesn't have maps or anything, just a waypoints and such.

I have a Garmin eTrex30 which is wonderful, but in today's world, I probably would at least look at the Garmin Oregon or Montana. They are touch screen, but pricey.

Thanks, I haven't done a lot of looking yet. I would like to have one with downloadable maps in case I go to a new area.

Yup, I have the Colorado Xmaps on mine.
