I struck pay dirt today when I remembered that I had more moose out in the barn freezer. I marinated a moose HQ roast, cut into thick steaks in wine vinegar, lite soy, a little werchester (however you spell it), fresh garlic, lemon pepper, brown sugar, a touch of lemon juice, salt, pepper. Veggies were marinated in a lime and coconut marinade. Moose? I shot. Veggies? I grew, save the peppers. Red taters would have made it better, but I didn't want to take the time to go dig em up. Nearly perfect, IMO. _________________ Don't tell me there are limits when there are footprints on the moon!
