Question is the

RCBS Rock Chucker Supreme Master Reloading Kit

a good place to start for a beginner?

It is better than average, there are a few better sets of dies, etc,but not mnany and RCBS has always had outstanding customer service. At least for me.

Once you get into it,your might find there are more premium parts that will get you a little more accuracy, like special seating dies, sepcial sizing dies, etc.but with care and learning, the process, you can tunr out very good ammunitin with it. Your methods will mean more than the brand of tool used.

There will also be a few more pices of gear you will need than what is furnished in the kit,but it is a good place to start.

You will also get advice of all the anal things you need to do for case prepartion prior to loading, but one of the most important things is to turn out concentric rounds with minimal run out.

Thanks for the info.

I got the starter kit and now need to do a bunch of reading and start learning.

I am sure I will have more questions.

Thanks again

That is about what I have, but mine did not come in a kit. I also have a powder trickler, case trimmer, & caliper.
