This is one of our favorite venison meals in my house. Serve over noodles, rice or potatoes (mashed or baked)
2 lbs vension cubed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 package Lipton dry onion soup mix
1 cup white wine
1 small can of mushrooms
Add cubed meat to a gladd 9 x 13 inch pan. With a spatula spread the mushroom soup mix on top of the meat. pour dry soup mix evenly over the meat. Add mushrooms. Pour wine over entire mixture. Cover with foil and bake at 300 degrees for 3 Hours do not remove foil until done.
