cook and dice(very fine) meat; fry bacon about half done; core out pepper ( if you don't have a pepper stand slice length wise ) and remove seeds
next mix cheeses , garlic powder (to taste), a pinch of salt, a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce, diced onion, and the diced meat
stuff the mixture into the pepper wrap or lay a slice of bacon around pepper and cook on grill or in oven( 325 deg ) until skin on pepper darkens and become slightly loose
Hey another Texan, hey Aggie, i do just about the same as you but after i stuff the peppers i freeze them for a couple hours before i cook them, it helps me get the bacon done before all the stuff'n melts out... later Bill
